This directory subtree contains PHARE traffic reports of ARNES
international link Ljubljana <-> Amsterdam. Reports follow
"Specification of traffic reporting templates" [IT96(01)] guidelines.

Each subdirectory (under yearly directory) contains four types of reports:

 - monthly summary (MMYY.sum)
 - daily summary (MMYY.dat)
 - daily detailed report (DDMMYY.dat)
 - raw daily detailed report (DDMMYY.raw)

Daily detailed report uses the same format as monthly and daily
summary and is provided so a common tool can be used for further
processing of first three types of reports. Raw daily detailed report is
comma separated file using template from [IT96(01)].

In all reports, each parameter shows a difference between current and
previous reporting period. For example: in daily summary ifInOctets
shows difference in this parameter in one day, as opposed to daily
detailed report where difference during an hour is showed.

For period up to September 1996 only parameters ifInOctets and
ifOutOctets are available.
