Tk Japanization Patch Update 2

This file is a patch for the Japanized Tk3.6 which is already applied
'update1' patch, not for the original Tk3.6 nor the original Tk3.6jp.
If you don't have the Tk3.6jp + update1, you should get one by applying
the Japanization patch and 'update1' patch to the original Tk3.6.  You
may find the Japanization patch at the same place where you found this
patch.
