1) Handle WM_DELETE_WINDOW - closing the main window is the same as
   hitting quit, closing an action window is the same as Cancel.

2) Add recording of when actions are entered. You can sort on this
   using the key word entered. N.B. Date sorting is not implemented
   properly yet so this wont work as you expect it!

3) Add Category handling to Action windows.

4) Complete redo the whole internals removing categories as a
   different class.

5) Allow more than two levels of depth.

6) Change done flag

7) Add keybindings Meta-n for new and Meta-d for duplicate

8) Add nameButton style for new buttons - the level name above the frame is
   a new item button.
