Various parts are copyrighted by their different authors, including the University of California at Berkeley, AT&T Bell Laboratories, NeoSoft, and Mark Diekhans and Karl Lehenbauer, among others. The copyrights, however, only strive to insure that credit to the authors is maintained and that the authors will not be sued if the software malfunctions. NeoTcl compiles and runs on most Unix and Unix-like platforms, including Sun, IBM, HP, Cray, PC, SGI, and many others. (Or at least it should be close.)
