o  Fixed bug with FileGetLineCmd where fdopen was being used incorrectly.
o  save_newsrc now makes a backup of your newsrc file before saving.
o  save_newsrc should now catch problems with saving the newsrc.
o  Fixed problem with using "Compose Email" and "Post" when not inside
   of a newsgroup.
