Changes in TclVSrpt v1.1

10-14-95        Added "rptInclude" and "rptInsert" commands.  Added 
                support for EPSF document/image inclusion via 
                "rptInclude".

10-14-95        Added "rptNewLine -distance <value>" to define white
                space in document other than through font size and gap
                size.

09-28-95        Removed prohibition to call "rptDefPage" more than
                once per document.  To change appearance of headers
                or footers, call "rptDefPage" prior to the page eject
                to the page where the change is desired.

09-28-95        Added support for user-defined fonts and selectable
                Postscript character encoding schemes.  Added
                ISOLatin1 and Diacritic encodings, as well as Standard.

                fonts).  Added an option to "rptInitialize" which is 
                "-encoding <encodestyle>"
